-Person and Virtual Author Visits!

“Representation is so important and I loved seeing the children in this program seeing themselves in the pages of the book.” - Cheri, Librarian, Oldham County Public Library

My empowering and motivational author visits are offered to schools, libraries, child development centers, and educational organizations across the United States and internationally. Author visits can be tailored for all ages and feature the following elements:

English/Language Arts, featuring storytelling, onomatopoea, poetry and more.

Social Studies, featuring human interaction and interconnections.

For visits with preschool-2nd grade, we will focus on my picture books, Fly and Forever and Always.

For visits to 3rd grade and up, we will focus on the middle-grade series, Opal Watson: Private Eye and Fearless. Additional inclusion of picture books is offered.
